I was a Marketer for over 15 years. I promoted products within the retail, consumer electronics, and technology space. Though I was passionate about the impact my work made in the success of the brands I embodied, I realized interviewing and hiring were an even bigger passion.

I embarked on recruitment, hiring talent for all types of roles with a big focus on building marketing teams. My marketing experience seems to be the best asset for pinpointing organizational needs and my extensive network came in handy as well.

What types of roles do you work on?

I work on contingent roles and only a handful.

Unlike bigger agencies, I dedicate time and effort to a few roles at a time so we can find you the right fit quickly and efficiently.

Is it a complicated process to work with you?

I throughouly interview all candidates and present the best for the role. I advise you from the interview stages all the way through compensation conversations and the offer stage. I also help you with background checks and onboarding for additional fees.

What do I need to sign?

There are no complicated contracts or fees upfront. Easy peasy.
